We explain what data of yours we process, why, and what rights you have. We look after your information and only ask for it when needed.
1. What data we collect
Your account data (name, email, date of birth), your sports profile, and the information needed to book and pay. We don't ask for more than the service requires.
2. How we use it
To create your account, connect hosts and travelers, process payments, keep trust, and communicate updates about your bookings.
3. Basis for processing
We process your data to deliver the service you requested, to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where applicable.
4. Who we share it with
With the payment processor (Mercado Pago) to collect and release funds, and with providers that help us operate. We don't sell your data.
5. Accompanied minors
When an accompanied minor travels, we handle their documentation with special care and keep it only as long as necessary, with restricted access.
6. Your rights
You can access and correct your data from your profile, and close your account yourself from Profile → Delete my account: closing it is permanent and anonymizes your personal data. If you need help exercising these rights, contact us.
7. Security and retention
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it while you have an account or while a legal obligation requires it.
8. Changes and contact
If we update this notice we'll let you know. If you have questions about your data, contact us from the app.
